About Us
Whether you’re looking to start a new career in the exciting and lucrative field of bartending (full or part-time) or are in need of hiring a bartender for your business or private party, the Portland Bartending Academy has your educational and staffing needs covered.
Our program has been serving the Northwest since 1974 and has literally helped to place thousands upon thousands of it’s graduates in work at bar’s in every conceivable type of establishment.
From fine hotels and dinner houses to neighborhood sports bars and restaurants, the Portland Bartending Academy serves them all. Bartending is one of the few specialized job skills always in demand and is portable worldwide. |

The student may take any combination of day or evening classes until they complete our program.

The Portland school is conveniently on the south side at 1965 SW 5th Ave. between College and Jackson on the west side of 5th Avenue. We offer plenty of off-street parking.
